The assessment is fixed-fee and principal-led and it is sized to organizational complexity, the number of operational domains evaluated, the data required, and the depth of analysis. It ends in a roadmap with named operational leadership and a proposed shape for what happens next, whether that is SMA-led delivery, internal execution with independent oversight, or nothing further.

We don't resell software, we don't staff implementations, and no partner drives a recommendation. The firm is principal-led by an operator who has managed the consequences of these decisions, and it is organized around measurable value, not technology deployment.
